Shipping & Returns:

How can I ship my order for FREE?
Email this site to 3 friends and qualify for FREE SHIPPING on your order of $200 or more. Simply note the coupon code: FRIENDSFREE in the comments box during checkout along with your three email addresses and the shipping fees will be deducted from your order.

We will gladly accept merchandise in original salable condition within 21 days or purchase for a full refund. However, refunds are not accepted on shipping, handling and gift-wrap fees or decorative papers. Due to the highly customized nature of our products, custom invitations cannot be returned. However, we will do everything in our power to ensure your satisfaction. You must include your invoice or packing slip with your return. Failure to include these items will delay processing. Return shipment’s are the sender’s responsibility as Cinnamon Kiss Paper Studio cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged shipments.

It is advisable that you retain your shipping receipt as proof of return until you have confirmed you refund. Credit card and debit refunds will be issued on the card that was used with purchase and typically take one or two billing cycles to post.

All in-stock items ship within 1-3 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding holidays). Any delays or backorders will be communicated within 2 business days. Any items with special production or delivery requirements will be noted on its individual product page. Shipping fees are determined based on destination, preferred delivery method and order subtotal.

When shipping to a gift recipient, please note it in your comments prior to submitting the order. Please note that at this time, we ship to the contiguous United States only.
